Randall C. Rice , owner and president of The Change Development Institute P.C. specializes in Christian counseling for adolescents, adults, and families in crisis. He has a BA from Arizona State University and received his Master’s of Counselingat the University of Phoenix in July 1998.Randall currently holds the highest counseling credentials in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-2484). He also specializes in Substance Abuse Counseling and Interventions for both adults and adolescents. He has worked in the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health including psychiatric and corrections facilities since 1989. Life-coaching is based on Cognitive Behavioral Theory and utilizes a Christian approach to develop skills and strategies that combat self-defeating thoughts and beliefs.
